Free Shipping Policy
- Shipping is free for orders over $200 to metro areas and their nearby regions.
Freight Charges for Regional Deliveries
- A freight charge of 10% to 20% will apply to deliveries in regional areas, depending on the remoteness of the location.
- Due to significant increases in freight costs over the years, we have made every effort to absorb as much of the cost as possible. The charges passed on to our customers represent the minimum necessary.
Furniture Freight Charges
- Freight for furniture deliveries will be charged on actual costs for all wholesale customers.
Free Pickup Available
- Free pickup is available from our Sydney warehouse for all wholesale orders.
Freight Invoices
- A freight invoice will be emailed to you once the order has been placed.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped; however, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, a processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers. This fee is 2.5% for standard payment methods and 7% for orders paid via Afterpay. Alternatively, you may opt to receive a full store credit for the total order amount with no deductions.
Orders Placed at RRPs
- If you’ve placed your order at RRP instead of wholesale prices, you can either opt for a refund or store credit. Payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
