1. Can I come & collect my order?
Orders can be collected from our Lidcombe warehouse between 10AM to 4PM. We will appreciate if you make a prior appointment before coming to the warehouse.
2. Do you operate from an address or only online?
We are based in Lidcombe, Sydney. You can find our details at the bottom of this page.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
99% of the orders received before 11AM are shipped on the same day. However, in very rare cases it may take longer. We try our very best to keep you informed at every stage. Delivery of an order will depend on the distance it has to travel. Delivery estimates are listed below. These are estimates & true in more than 99% of the cases.

4. Do you share / sell customers details with a third party?
We do not sell customers details to a third party. These are only shared with a courier to ensure delivery is as per customers satisfaction.
5. Which payments method do you accept online?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, or PayPal on the website. If you are uncomfortable to feed in your card details online, you can always opt for a direct deposit. Our bank details are as under:

6. Do you deliver to a P O Box?
Due to the size of our rugs & products, Australia Post does not carry our products & it's not possible to deliver to a P O Box.
